Shipping and Order Information
We ship via United States Post Office 2-day priority with tracking.
Orders received on a given day ship out the following day.

NOTE REGARDING SHIPPING: During busy holiday seasons such as Christmas,
packages may take longer than 2 days.
The USPS does not guarantee 2-day delivery during busy seasons.

When an order ships, an e-mail notification will be sent to you containing a tracking number.
Package delivery status may be checked by logging on to usps.com and entering your tracking number.

If you have any special information that needs to be contained within your package,
please type instructions into the NOTES/INSTRUCTIONS box on your order form.
We will gladly include a message or note inside your package if desired—
a birthday greeting, a note to say hello, a get well note, etc.
If the item is a gift, we will not include price information or a receipt in the package.

Sales Tax
We do not charge sales tax. Our online retailer CCNow is located in Delaware.
U.S. sales tax is only collected when the Online Shopper is located in the
same state as the retail merchant. This means that any CCNow Online Shopper who
is outside Delaware will not owe sales tax. Any Online Shopper who happens to be
located in Delaware would not owe sales tax either, because Delaware has no sales tax.

Returns
We will gladly accept merchandise back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Refund will be issued by check.
